Little by Little: Goal Progress

With time being at a premium, working 6 days a week and now the holidays... the only way to manage the yoga goals is to either set aside a little time or work on them while doing something else. One can breathe and meditate on a walk, in the shower, at bedtime [and sometimes at my desk!] When not in a formal yoga class it can be as little as 10 minutes to go through the most important poses for my posture. And studies show osteoporosis improves with only 10 minutes every day in poses like: triangle, bridge, half lord of the fishes, extended side angle, locust, tree, downward dog, warriors, half moon, etc. So I'm finding it doesn't have to be a huge commitment or really ambitious, just consistent and meaningful in some way.
